The Vault At Hilltop

If I could I would give them ZERO stars. I’ve had my medical card for about 5 years now & made a mistake on my order today and instead of helping me their employee bre basically told me I needed to be more careful when I order and double check even though the mistake was really on their end. Having a promotion for 14gs 2 for $99 I should’ve never accidentally put in for 2 quarters for $100 that’s INSANE. When I click on a tab that has a promotion there should be no 1/8ths, or quarters when it says select 14gs 2 for $99 and when I told Bre they should get that fixed she told me “when someone else has this problem then we’ll fix it”. Will NEVER be back to this dispensary again. Be careful on their site as they constantly change things and put different promotions under different tabs they shouldn’t be under.

Terrible menu issue!!!! Can't see anything you have there. This is a major issue with me. All the area dispensaries have dropped Weed maps. But now their websites are sketchy at best. Since I can't see what is available,.... I'll change stores!!!! This is too aggravating to deal with.

My wife was turned away at the door. She was using her virtual medical card from the office app and the security officer told her it wouldn't work they don't accept it. When she stayed she had been to two other dispensaries and they took it no problem he said it wasn't his problem. I sat in the car while two employees sat outside talking crap about other coworkers so loudly I could hear every word from my car. I would give it 0 stars if I could and Would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone. We however went to the crop and they let her in no problem treated as friend and even got a discount for the incoveienance she received while trying to get her prescription.

I waited while the front desk was on the phone and manager was talking to someone without anyone acknowledging I was there for a long time. When the receptionist finished his phone call he signed me in. When I got to the sales floor all bud-tenders were non welcoming and the atmosphere felt thick. I discussed what I wanted with bud-tender asking for an Oz of cherrylisious only to find when I got home I had an oz of something else. The whole experience was not a great one.

I won't name, but my bud tender was NOT great. The least welcoming experienced I've had as a new patient by far. I'm an experienced buyer, so I was able to find MYSELF a deal. And the flower was good.
